Olanda: KaZaA non e' illegale

Secondo una corte di appello olandese KaZaA può continuare a distribuire il suo software di file sharing p2p. La distribuzione del programma infatti non costituisce reato, come affermava la sentenza di primo grado, anche se usando il software è possibile scambiarsi file protetti da copyright.
